They say if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. And there is nothing more important than (smart!) planning your vacation leave in advance so you can ensure to get more out of your leave period.

If you want more long weekends in Victoria in 2015, the answer is plain and simple: public holidays. Plan wisely around public holidays and you’ll get more days off whilst taking only minimal leave days. Here is how to plan for long weekends in Victoria  in 2015 with only using 9 actual leave days!

That’s a WIN! Those 35 days equate to 6 long weekends plus a 10 day holiday over Christmas and New Year’s with only taking 9 days from your actual leave. That leaves 11 vacation days for you to take on your next holiday or of your free choosing!
