Multi-Trip Travel Insurance

As a frequent traveller you don’t need the hassle of organising insurance every time you go away, especially if you have to travel at short notice. With our Multi Trip Plan you’ll automatically be covered for multiple trips of up to 15, 30 or 45 days (as selected at purchase) within Australia or overseas, subject to the policy’s terms and conditions.

Multi Trip Plan in brief*

When you take out our frequent traveller insurance you receive cover for a full 12 months, for multiple trips of up to 15, 30 or 45 days (as selected when you take out your policy).

Our frequent traveller insurance is a policy that provides cover for many different scenarios. The plan includes cover for cancellation fees and lost deposits before you even set off. Once you are underway you’ll have coverage for emergency medical expenses, personal liability, and lost or stolen luggage*. Make sure you check the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for full details.

Multi Trip Plan insurance is the easy and affordable cover for frequent travellers. All our Travel insurance policies are packed with great benefits and our Multi-trip plan also provides cover for cancellations and lost deposits*, and up to $1m cover for personal liability - all for a single low premium. And you can lower your premiums by electing to increase the amount of your excess for certain types of claim.

If you take your family with you when you travel, your frequent traveller insurance extends to cover your partner if they're aged 74 years or under and any dependants if they're not in full time employment and aged 24 years or under, if they travel with you and added to the policy at the time of purchase (subject to any additional premium).

All our travel insurance products have a 14-day cooling off period, so if you change your mind you can simply cancel your policy and get a full refund, provided you haven’t commenced a journey and you haven’t made, and don’t intend to make, a claim or commenced your trip.

* See PDSfor full details of terms and conditions and limits, sub-limits and exclusions that apply

If you always seem to have itchy feet, our Multi Trip Plan may suit your needs. With automatic cover for eligible trips at home or overseas, you don’t even have to plan in advance – just head off on your travels and your cover will follow, subject to the policy’s terms and conditions.

Frequent traveller insurance is a cost effective way to get insurance for multiple trips, with 12 months’ comprehensive cover for multiple trips for a single, low premium.

Policy Benefits

Our Multi Trip Plan is easy and hassle-free. You can apply online and get instant cover for 12 months for multiple trips of 15, 30 or 45 days (as selected when you take out your policy).

Even if you have a medical condition that means we are unable to offer you cover for medical or hospital expenses, you may still be able to take out a Non-Medical Plan to provide you with cover for eventualities like trip cancellation or lost luggage. Please note that the Non Medical Plan is not a multi-trip policy.

Most trips go without a hitch and we hope that yours always do. But if something does go wrong you may need an insurance company who will act fast to provide assistance, which is why we offer a straightforward claims process and 24-hour emergency assistance line.
