Can I get travel insurance if I have a pre-existing condition?

Our travel insurance is unable to cover every eventuality and we are unable to provide cover for any pre-existing medical conditions. Broadly, this means an illness or injury of which you already have symptoms before you buy your insurance. For a full definition of ‘pre-existing medical conditions’ please check the Product Disclosure Statement.

Even if you have a medical condition that means we are unable to offer you cover for any medical or hospital expenses, you may still be able to take out a Non-Medical Plan to provide you with cover for eventualities like trip cancellation or lost luggage.
