I need to make a claim on a life cover or funeral insurance policy. What do I do?
To get your claim processed as quickly as possible please notify the Zurich Client Service Centre on:
131 551 as soon as you are able.
You will be sent a claim form, which will need to be completed and returned with any supporting documentation such as death or medical certificates.
The 3 simple steps to making a claim
- Step 1: Notify Zurich on 131 551 as soon as you can after the event.
- Step 2: Receive a claim form.
- Step 3: Complete and return the claim form to Zurich Australia with supporting documents.

How quickly will my claim be processed?
